Classical Variations
MADI values quality over difficulty. Please choose a variation that can perform well accenting details rather than simply pushing through the steps. Use this list for guidance but feel open to choose other variations. Classical Variations may come from this list and changes to choreography are acceptable to meet the needs of each dancer. Dancers may also use original choreography. If it is in the classical category, then make sure your piece is very classical in content. Younger competitors are allowed and encouraged to modify/simplify their variation to fit their technical skill set.
